This is an agreement between you (known as the superhero) and the providers of the SuperHero Training (the magical journey) a service provided by Success Ultra Now LLC (known as SUN).
By Accepting and Agreeing to the SUN terms and conditions and traveling with us and the other superheroes you agree to:1.Make a 100% committment to make your life the best ever. We share videos, audios, live calls, 1-1 sessions, and mastermind groups, etc. You agree to apply the lessons and strive to exceed your limits and expand yourself. We provide all the tools, but it’s up to you to apply them.
2.Take 100% personal responsibility and accept that your success and life are in your hands and agree that it’s your personal duty to overcome inner resistances and make significant changes to your life.
3.Pay the full amount for your magical train ticket as discussed in your interview, recorded on your pay-pal invoice, and also complete the payments (if paid in installments). We, (SUN), reserve the right to adjust prices in the future. We do not offer price reductions or changes to your specific payment plan. Your enrollment for this course is confidential and should not be discussed with other Superheroes.
4.Respect the privacy of other Superheroes (passengers on this journey with you) and be co-operative, gracious and supportive of the group. Everyone riding on our magical train has started at different stages in their lives and will depart at their own destination. Understand that everyone’s journey is unique and you have no need to compare yourself to others. Your committment is to discover your dharma and living your dreams as quickly and easily as possible.
5.Monthly check ins with other superheroes to help you get the most out of the training and manifesting the most essential tools for you.
6.Be part of the evolution of Superhero Training. We are committed to supporting you more and to continually upgrade the training to make it even more amazing and useful to you. We may add/remove or change aspects of the training, the social network and the social aspects of the training (mastermind groups, monthly check-ins, etc.) as well as refine our terms and conditions and privacy policy to continue to serve you and make it the best ever as needed.
7.Always maintain Superhero behavior and etiquette. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and your seat on the magical train will be forfeited if you exhibit any of the following (but not limited to) towards Staff or other Superheroes: negative comments, cohersion, abusive hurtful language, sending long emails, being argumentative, blaming others, showing anger, resentfulness, spite, or vindictiveness, consistent defiance of authoritative figures and inability to take responsibility for bad behavior.Our “WIN/WIN (we all benefit) agreement with youWe created this training to be beneficial to all involved.We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and refund you (refund within 40 days of joining) if you do any of the following
-Publicly attacking members of the training or our team via email, social network or any other means
-Creating additional features or ideas for the training without checking with us first and receiving personal approval.
-Sending Nick, Taylor, Michael (or other superheroes) personal emails without
our permission.You can contact us via the Social Site and we may, if it is essential reply back however please do not have an expectation for us to do so.
-If you have questions about the training, you send them clearly on the Q&A link (not via email, social network etc)
-Contacting customer service about non-essential things and we ask that you please keep your emails short and sweet (bullets please)
-You mention any ideas you have to improve the training at the appropriate survey (please do not expect us to implement them within your time frame – or at all).Return Ticket/Refund PolicyOur mission is to support you to manifest your highest blueprint and be all you can be in the world. We have designed the training to help you get from A (where you were when you started) to B (living your dharma and helping others) as quickly as possible so you can serve others and create the life you want.
We are personally involved with the training to the extent it is possible and practical for us. However, we chose to make sure the training would be successful without us needing to be personally available. We did this consciously, so that as it expanded and grew, more people could benefit with or without us. If the SuperHero Training required our constant personal presence, it would have to stay small (as we can’t be in 100 places at the same time personally) so we decided to create a system that allows more people to be benefited because of the methods we’ve developed for you.
Because we wanted to add as much value as we could, we chose not to make this a 100% home study course – and provide as much personal touch as possible because we truly love and enjoy the personal connection with you.We wanted to be transparent and clear about how much we are able to be personally involved with the training (and avoid any expectations you may have that we cannot live up to).
99% of Superheroes never expect us to give them unexpected personal time or support (which we still do from time to time as a BONUS and love to do ) – however a tiny percentage of our members in the past had unrealistic expectations of us, which we did not live up to and this created mutually stressful and disappointing situations.
As a result of these very occasional situations we have needed to get super clear – to avoid any potential disappointment, conflict and any other less than wonderful feelings.
It is our JOY to see you thrive and stay happy, so we just wanted to make sure you are clear on these matters.
2. How much are we available for personal (live or 1-1) interaction?Nick & Michael joyfully commit to:
- Live calls every 2 weeks with Q&A (we may on occasion do another event to
replace the live calls).
-Limited presence on the Social Network (we have created this to empower YOU to connect with the best people for YOU and share with the other superheroes as you are drawn. We have created this network to be run FOR and BY the Superhero group and we work more closely with those who run the superhero corners.
-Nick will connect once with each mastermind group (any more is an unexpected bonus)
-If you become part of the SuperHero Support Team (and run a SuperHero Corner) we will connect with you personally based on the need and there is no specific amount of time or formal schedule for this. Adding more value to the training and helping the other superheroes means you will have more personal time with us and is a great way to connect with us. This is a special bonus if you want to step up and serve the training and other superheroes more.We are grateful for you:

3. Do you have any suggestions for improving the training?We LOVE to hear your ideas on making the training better.
To be totally transparent, depending on what your ideas are or how long they will take we cannot guarantee we will implement them all – however, we have implemented a large percentage of the ideas we’ve received so far and are always committed to making the training more effective.
