What the product includes

The current product is a self-paced recorded library created by Nick Good and Michael Mackintosh. It includes the programmes, recordings, practices and resources described on the sales page. The current offer does not include live calls, one-to-one coaching, personal mentoring or a private community.

Educational and personal-development disclaimer

Superhero Training provides educational, spiritual and personal-development material. It is not medical or mental-health treatment and is not legal, financial, investment or other licensed professional advice. Nothing on the site promises or guarantees a health, emotional, relationship, career, income, financial or other result. Testimonials describe individual experiences; your experience may differ. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Prices and payment options

• Pay in full: $225 once.
• Payment plan: 5 monthly payments of $50, $250 total.
• Pay what you can: $50 minimum contribution.

The payment plan is an agreement to pay the full $250; it is not a cancel-anytime subscription. If an instalment fails, we may retry the payment and contact you to resolve it. Access may be suspended while payments remain overdue, without cancelling the remaining payment obligation.

Final-sale policy

All sales are final and no refunds or cancellations are offered, except where a right cannot legally be excluded. Review the product scope, access model and payment obligation before purchasing. Contact success@awakenedacademy.com before ordering if anything is unclear.

How long access lasts

Access is provided while Superhero Training remains operated and available through its website. It is not a promise of permanent, lifetime or uninterrupted hosting. Internet, hosting, security, maintenance and provider changes may temporarily affect availability. We may move or update the delivery system while continuing to provide substantially the purchased recorded library.

Shared login and acceptable use

V1 uses a shared member username and password. Access is for the purchaser's personal use. Do not publish, resell, forward or share the credentials or protected files. We may rotate credentials, limit abusive access or suspend access when sharing, scraping, redistribution, security abuse or overdue payments are detected.

Intellectual property

The site, recordings, text, design and downloadable resources remain protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials personally. It does not transfer ownership or permit commercial redistribution, public performance, resale or creation of a competing library.

Availability and changes

We may repair, reorganize, replace or remove a file when necessary for security, rights, accuracy or technical delivery. We may also change hosting providers or access methods. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the purchased recorded library available while the website is operated.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of particular results or uninterrupted availability. Liberated Life LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on educational material, third-party services or internet interruptions. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future use of the service. The version presented at purchase governs that order except where a change is required by law or is needed to protect the service. Questions can be sent to success@awakenedacademy.com.
