Superhero Training is offered by Liberated Life LLC, operating as Awakened Academy, based in Arizona, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Liberated Life LLC.
Information we receive
- Site and server information: our hosting providers may process IP address, device/browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security logs when you visit the public site or protected library.
- Order information: SamCart and its payment processors collect the information needed to process an order. We may receive your name, email address, order, payment status and limited transaction details. We do not ask you to send complete card information by email.
- Member access: V1 uses a shared server-level username and password rather than individual member profiles. The protected host may log access requests for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include.
- Embedded services: Vimeo, YouTube, Google Fonts and linked checkout pages may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, process and fulfil purchases, provide access, answer support requests, maintain business and accounting records, enforce our terms and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and processing
The launch setup uses Netlify for the public static site, WPX for media and the protected static member library, SamCart and its connected payment processors for checkout, Vimeo and YouTube for selected embedded video, Google Fonts for typography, and email providers used to answer support. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
The V1 site does not include a separate first-party advertising tracker or individual member-account database. Hosting logs, embedded players, fonts and checkout providers may still use cookies or similar technologies. Browser controls can limit cookies, although doing so may affect video or checkout functionality.
Retention
We retain order, support, security and accounting records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to maintain the product, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Our providers may retain information under their own documented schedules.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information we control by emailing success@awakenedacademy.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law or a legitimate recordkeeping need requires it. You can manage third-party cookies through your browser and contact the relevant checkout or video provider regarding information it controls.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, restricted server access and protected member delivery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our providers.
Children
Superhero Training is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Please contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
Changes and contact
